Bhagat Singh and his fellow revolutionaries brought a new dimension to the freedom struggle through bold, radical action. They opposed British rule by targeting symbols of oppression, like police officers and colonial assemblies. Singh’s execution after the Lahore Conspiracy Case made him a martyr and national hero.
His courage and ideals inspired youth and exposed British cruelty. Unlike Gandhi’s non-violence, Singh advocated for direct action to shake colonial rule. Though controversial, the revolutionary movement energized the struggle and added pressure on the British.
